Our Story

Property decisions feel easier when the advice is clear and the person giving it understands your neighbourhood. That is what First National Kellyville sets out to provide.

From our office on Hezlett Road in North Kellyville, we help owners, buyers and investors across Kellyville, North Kellyville and Sydney’s north-west. Our team works across residential sales, leasing and property management, so clients can receive practical advice at each stage of owning property.

Kellyville is not one uniform market. Established family homes near schools and transport attract different buyers from newer homes in North Kellyville, apartments close to shops, or land and project property further west. We look closely at the property, its immediate setting and the buyers most likely to see value in it. That leads to a more realistic appraisal and a selling plan built for the home in front of us.

The office is led by directors Raj Bhandari and Rajwant Kaur. They are supported by a team covering sales, property management and client care. Whether you are preparing a family home for sale, buying for the first time or trusting someone with an investment property, you will know who is looking after you and what happens next.

Clients regularly mention the qualities that matter most in a property transaction. On realestate.com.au, the office holds a 5.0 rating from 135 reviews. The most common themes include professionalism, trust and communication. Those reviews were published under the team’s current and former brand, but they reflect the people who continue to serve clients today.

First National Kellyville is independently owned and part of First National, a member-owned, not-for-profit cooperative. This means the office remains accountable to its local clients while gaining access to the tools, training and connections of a national network.

If you are considering a move, start with a straightforward conversation. We will explain what comparable properties have sold for, how buyers are responding and which steps are likely to make a difference before you commit to a campaign.
